Experiment content
Learn where to manage your experiment content.
An experiment, or AB test, lets you compare how different content variations perform to validate hypotheses about what improves user experience and conversions. Within the experiment, you define the content for each variant.
To run an AB test, configure at least two variants, even if one is your default content (baseline). You can either duplicate the default content in one variant or let it inherit the content defined in the experience, while the other variant includes the variation you want to test.
Go to your experiences and choose the one you want to work on.
Click the Experiments tab.
Select the experiment you want to work on.
Click Settings.
Then, click Content.
Select the variant you want to edit, then choose the slot you want to update.
In the form, edit the content for one or more attributes.
Done? Click Save.
Once you have finished editing your experiment, use the button in the bottom right corner to choose whether to save it as a draft or apply the changes.
In the same way as with experiences, you can have groups of content within each variant to manage different content variations for specific segments of your audience.
